Privacy statement

This statement covers kadeworks.nl. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics service, no tracking script and no tracking cookies, and has no forms. Personal data still comes into play at two moments: when you visit the site and when you email us.
Who we are
Kadeworks, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), KvK 42214201. Postal address: Torenlaan 5, 1402 AT Bussum, the Netherlands. Email: info@kadeworks.nl.
When you visit the site
This site runs on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and traffic data to do so. We need that to deliver the site securely. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare automatically shows us traffic figures: the number of requests and the country they come from. No script on the site is involved.
We keep no log of visits ourselves. Cloudflare’s privacy policy gives no fixed retention period for this data.
When you email us
We receive your email address, your name if it’s in your message, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you. Our legal basis is legitimate interest or, if your question concerns a contract, performing that contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). Emailing us is entirely up to you.
Mail to info@kadeworks.nl comes in through Cloudflare Email Routing and lands in a mailbox belonging to the owner of Kadeworks. Cloudflare says it does not store or look at the content. Its activity log does hold the sender, recipient and subject.
We send our replies from a Zoho Mail mailbox.
We keep your email no longer than we need to deal with your question.
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare, for hosting and forwarding email, and Zoho, because we send our replies from Zoho Mail. Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.
We make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, erase it, restrict how we process it or hand it over in a portable form, and you can object to the processing. Email info@kadeworks.nl to do so.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This statement does not apply to PeppolKit. If you use PeppolKit or visit peppolkit.com, the PeppolKit privacy policy applies. Peppolkit.com does use Google Analytics, once you have given consent.
